ONE-ON-ONE COACHING
Customized nutrition and wellness program for individuals kickstarting their wellness journey, targeting specific goals, or developing life long habits.
GROUP COACHING
A 12 module program, group coaching is designed for individuals who want community and peer support via bi-weekly group video calls with Laila.

Laila Alieh is a former NASA Engineer and a nutrition therapy practitioner. She is goal driven and mission oriented: wasting no time to achieve your goals. Soft curls and a gentle personality, Laila is here to support encourage, and push you towards a lifestyle change. A successful client relationship is more than achieving goals, it is about making the lasting habitual change that will remain long after you are done with the program.
